Carmel by the Sea, California
If I were planning a romantic get away for myself or with a partner this would be my top pick. It’s quant and charming and cute and feels like an escape from the U.S. Beautiful ocean views, local coffee shops and restaurants and cute streets. Perfect for spending time with someone you love, especially if that someone is you.
Destin, Florida
Please, please, please, someone take me on a romantic getaway to Destin, Florida. I truly believe this place is what dreams are made of. GORGEOUS beaches, perfect weather, and quant streets to stroll through, it’s perfect.
Park City, Utah
If you want the coziest, winter, cabin, romantic, hallmark movie vibes… this is the place. You can ski all day or stay in bed all day, get dressed up for dinner, walk the cutest main street, bar hop, shop, or stay in bed all day. This is the winter romantic getaway of my dreams. And I live here, I might have to take myself on a romantic weekend staycation.
Sedona, Arizona
This is where I would go if I was looking for a peaceful, calming romantic getaway. Amazing weather, stunning red rock views and spa days are calling my name. The perfect weekend getaway for yourself or with a loved one. Prepare to come back relaxed, rejuvenated and revitalized.
Getaway for the Weekend
No matter your relationship status, sometimes a romantic getaway is needed. These are just a few of the places that I’d be excited to get away to for a weekend for quality time with myself or someone I love. If some of these places are too far away for a weekend getaway, look up places or cities near you or even try a stay cation in your own city. I think you’d be surprised at how much fun it can be to explore somewhere closer to home.
